Join our on-demand Catering Setup Crew and help bring events to life in the Orlando area.
This role is perfect for those who enjoy fast-paced environments and have an eye for presentation.
You’ll assist in getting tables, chairs, linens, buffets, and decor arranged before guests arrive.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with setting up catering equipment such as serving stations, banquet tables, and food warmers
Help unload supplies from catering trucks or vans at event locations
Arrange linens, tableware, and décor as specified by the event plan
Ensure stations are clean, stocked, and ready for food service professionals
Support the breakdown and clean-up after event completion
Follow safety protocols and wear proper footwear during set-up
Communicate professionally with event leads and fellow crew members
Lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$30/hr depending on the event and your shift preference
Same-day pay available through our partner platforms
Get paid hourly and work as few or as many shifts as you’d like
Weekend availability often pays more (perfect for side hustlers)

Must be 18 years or older
No experience needed — training provided on site
Reliable transportation to various venues across Orlando
