🧭 What You’ll Do
- Set up and break down event equipment (chairs, tables, signage, etc.)
- Help with backstage organization and logistics before and during events
- Support guests with directions, check-ins, or general assistance
- Maintain event area cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Assist vendors and coordinators with various on-site needs
- Lift and transport light-to-moderate equipment (up to 40 lbs)
- Monitor entrances/exits to ensure safety protocols are followed
- Follow specific setup diagrams and stage layouts as instructed
- Provide top-notch customer interaction when needed
- Be on time and efficient with communication through our shift management app
