Unload and load event equipment from trucks and storage areas.
Help organize vendor booths and concessions areas.
Support event staff with general logistics and crowd flow measures.
Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the event.
Work alongside coordinators to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Lift, carry, and position banners, fencing, and other onsite items as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt quickly as schedules shift.
Assist guests occasionally, providing directions or event information when asked.
Tear down and pack up all event structures and supplies post-event.

Earn $20–$35/hr depending on the type of event and assigned tasks.
