We're hiring Event Setup Crew members who enjoy physical, active work and flexible weekend hours.
This is a hands-on role that involves staging, unloading gear, organizing event layouts, and ensuring client spaces are ready to wow guests.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with loading and unloading event equipment including tables, chairs, AV gear, and décor
Setup and breakdown staging areas according to layout instructions
Work with small teams to complete assignments efficiently and safely
Support lighting and sound crews as needed during large productions
Ensure all event spaces are clean and organized before guest arrival
Follow instructions from team leads and adapt as needed throughout the gig
Assist with cleaning up post-event including stacking chairs, breaking down tables, and rolling up carpets
Report any damaged equipment or incidents ASAP

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$35/hr based on experience and shift timing
Same-day pay option available after completed shifts
Schedule as little or as often as you'd like — totally flexible

🧰 Requirements

No experience needed — we’ll guide you with easy onboarding
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet
Reliable transportation to and from event locations in and around St. Louis
Smartphone required for check-ins and job communication
Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Team player attitude and ability to follow directions with attention to detail
Basic black attire (shirt, pants, and closed-toe shoes) may be required
