🧭 What You’ll Do

Load and unload event equipment including tents, tables, chairs, and staging materials
Assist in setting up lighting, audio equipment, and banners according to event layout
Help dismantle and pack materials after each event
Follow safety protocols on-site and ensure equipment is handled with care
Work closely with supervisors and follow setup blueprints and instructions
Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs frequently
Track equipment inventory and report damaged items
Provide support to vendor and catering teams as needed
Assist with cleanup operations post events
Report to assigned location punctually and wear appropriate work gear

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$35/hr based on assignment and experience
Same-day pay available for select shifts
W-2 and 1099 options available

🧰 Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Reliability and punctuality are a must
Closed-toe shoes required on site
Weekend availability preferred

Transportation to various event sites throughout Orlando
No experience needed—training is provided
