Join our on-demand Event Setup Crew in St. Louis, MO! We're seeking energetic, reliable individuals to help assemble stages, set up tables and chairs, and arrange décor for a variety of weekend events, including weddings, conferences, and concerts. 🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and staging equipment
- Load and unload event supplies from trucks
- Follow diagrams or verbal instructions to arrange decor and furnishings
- Tear down setups and pack up materials at event conclusion
- Help with outdoor and indoor setup tasks (tents, signage, fencing)
- Use hand tools or assist with light rigging if needed
- Work closely with a supervisor or event manager for task assignments
- Take precautions to ensure safe and damage-free setup
- Perform quick problem-solving to meet client needs
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude around clients and guests
