Whether it’s a concert, trade show, corporate event, or wedding, you’ll play a vital role in setting the stage—literally!
Work as much or as little as you want; schedules vary and are extremely flexible!
No degree required and no previous experience necessary—we’ll train you on the job.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Assemble and disassemble event structures such as stages, tents, and seating
Load and unload event equipment from trucks
Help install lighting, signage, fencing, and décor
Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards
Work with a dedicated team to meet time-sensitive deadlines
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
Communicate with on-site supervisors and follow task lists
Ensure the event space is organized and prepped before guests arrive
Some shifts may include post-event teardown and cleanup
Use hand tools and basic equipment (training provided)

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $19–$30/hr based on the event and shift
Same-day pay available through direct deposit
Choose the days you want to work—total flexibility

🧰 Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation to event sites around Indianapolis
Comfortable working outdoors and in variable weather
Positive attitude and team spirit
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under time pressure
Steel-toed boots and work gloves required (some gear may be provided)
Pass a background check if requested
