🧭 What You’ll Do
- Set up buffet lines, food stations, and seating areas
- Assist with food prep and plating under the direction of kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and politely
- Clear used dishes and keep serving areas tidy throughout events
- Break down and clean up after events, including packing equipment and supplies
- Communicate with team members and supervisors for seamless service
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Support venue cleanliness and organization before, during, and after events
- Lift and move catering equipment (coolers, chafers, trays, etc.) with care
- Help transport catering items and supplies as needed
