- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Handle light lifting of utensils, trays, and supplies
- Assist with post-event shutdown and cleanup

- Support team members with any last-minute event changes
- Maintain professional appearance and hospitality attitude
- Report supply shortages or issues to event supervisors
- Possibly assist kitchen with simple prep responsibilities

- Stay informed on event schedule and client preferences
- Manage disposable waste and recyclables appropriately
