🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assemble and break down event equipment including stages, seating, booths, and decor
- Transport and unload materials from delivery trucks
- Set up lighting, sound equipment, and signage based on provided layouts
- Follow safety protocols and team lead instructions during setup and teardown
- Assist with on-site coordination of spacing and event flow
- Move tables, chairs, and props into designated configurations
- Perform quick cleanup and touch-ups as needed throughout the setup window
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace around venue load-in areas
- Collaborate with a team of other gig workers for smooth operations
- Be prepared to work indoor or outdoor venues — rain or shine
- Be punctual and maintain positive communication with the setup coordinator
