🧭 What You’ll Do

Load and unload event materials including tables, chairs, staging, lighting, and signage
Assemble tents, table settings, and other event installations on-site
Assist with layout setups following site diagrams
Handle equipment with care and return items post-event in good condition
Break down and pack materials at the conclusion of events
Support staff and vendors on-site during events if needed
Follow directions from the event lead or manager throughout the shift
Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and safely
Maintain a positive demeanor and helpful attitude at all times
Ensure event spaces are clean and equipment is organized
