Join our team as a Catering Assistant for weekday private and corporate events in the heart of Nashville, TN.
This flexible gig is ideal for those who enjoy fast-paced hospitality environments and love providing excellent service.
You'll support event operations by setting up food stations, assisting with food prep, and ensuring clean, welcoming experiences for all guests.
Work is available Monday–Friday with occasional weekend opportunities — pick shifts that fit your life!

Assist in setting up tables, chairs, serving areas, and buffet lines before guest arrival
Support kitchen staff with prepping and plating simple dishes
Serve beverages and plated items tactfully and efficiently
Keep service areas clean and stocked during the event
Break down equipment and help clean up post-event
Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
Deliver top-tier customer service with every interaction
Collaborate with teammates and event coordinators on-site to ensure smooth operations
Assist with loading/unloading materials before and after the event

Earn $18–$30/hr depending on experience and event type
