🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with setting up tables, chairs, and buffet stations
Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism
Help with food prep and kitchen support as needed
Maintain cleanliness during the event, including bussing and garbage disposal
Break down equipment and restore venue to original condition post-event
Follow directions from catering leads and shift supervisors
Lift, carry, and move supplies up to 30 lbs
Provide friendly guest interaction and uphold catering standards
Support team members in a fast-paced, fun environment
Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$28/hr depending on the event
Same-day pay available for completed shifts

🧰 Requirements

17 years or older
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry equipment and food trays
Positive attitude and team spirit

No previous catering or event experience necessary
Must have reliable transportation to event locations in the Indianapolis area
Must adhere to dress codes (usually black pants, black shoes, white/black shirts)
Punctual and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills
