🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assemble and disassemble event furniture and structures
- Unload and load event gear and inventory from trucks
- Set up tables, chairs, tents, signage, and decorations
- Assist lighting and sound teams with placement of gear
- Perform on-site cleaning and basic organization duties
- Follow event layout maps to ensure proper setup
- Help vendors and organizers get their spaces arranged
- Move equipment across large event spaces
- Hibernate or cover items during weather-sensitive conditions
- Manage teardown quickly and carefully post-event
