- Help transport light equipment between event stations
- Support kitchen staff and main caterers with basic tasks
- Assist in loading/unloading food & equipment from vehicles
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols during every shift
- Work closely with a team to meet event timelines
- Help refill beverages and clear used dishes
- Set up decorations or signage as needed
- Organize linens, silverware, cups, and plates
- Help manage trash and break down recyclable materials
- Provide occasional front-of-house support, when requested
- Wear provided uniform or black/white dress code when required
