🧭 What You’ll Do

Unload and organize event materials and equipment at venues
Set up stages, tables, chairs, tents, lighting, and decorations
Break down and pack up gear after events conclude
Follow layout plans and instructions from onsite leads
Ensure safety procedures are followed during setup and teardown
Collaborate with a team to meet fast-paced event deadlines
Lift and move heavy items using proper techniques
Report any damages or missing materials to supervisors
Assist with basic cleaning and area preparation as needed
Wear appropriate safety gear when required (gloves, vests, etc.)

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$35/hr depending on event scale and schedule
Same-day pay available through select platforms
Get paid weekly for completed shifts
Flexible part-time and weekend shifts available

🧰 Requirements

No college degree required
No previous experience needed – we’ll show you the ropes
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs safely
Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Reliable transportation to event sites across Indianapolis

Ability to follow directions and work under deadline
Must be 18 years or older
