- Support tear-down operations and packing after event ends
- Work collaboratively with a team under supervisor direction
- Follow safety guidelines during equipment setup
- Lift and move items up to 40 lbs
- Assist with lighting and electrical cable runs (no experience required)
- Provide excellent attitude during guest interactions
- Be available for early morning or late-night shifts during festival days
- Communicate clearly using walkie-talkies or group messaging apps
- Stay flexible for possible shift extensions
- Report any hazards or maintenance issues to on-site management
- Work rain or shine as events are typically outdoors
- Dress appropriately and wear provided safety gear
- Check-in and check-out reliably using our shift app
- Maintain a positive, can-do outlook even when busy
