Join our reliable, high-energy event setup team in Houston for a variety of events, from corporate meetings to concerts and weddings.
This is a great hands-on role for those who enjoy working behind the scenes and seeing the results of their hard work come to life.
You’ll help set up furniture, hang decorations, arrange equipment, and more—every day brings something new.
This job is ideal if you’re looking for flexible part-time hours and consistent evening shifts.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Assemble and break down stages, tables, chairs, and booths for events
Unload and load event materials from trucks and vans
Follow setup diagrams and instructions provided by event coordinators
Lift and carry up to 40 lbs throughout your shift
Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after events
Assist with lighting setup, carpets, partitions, and audio/visual equipment as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to meet event deadlines
Provide general support during events if needed (e.g., crowd direction, supply restocking)

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$30/hr based on experience and assignment difficulty
Same-day pay available via app
