We are currently seeking a bilingual eLoan Intake Coordinator for our eBranch, located in our Copperfield headquarters (NW Houston). The eLoan Intake Coordinator will process member loan applications by phone and email. This individual will also review and follow-up on submitted loan applications for additional information or documentation needed, and will actively seek opportunities to cross-sell various products and services to members and non-members. The qualified candidate will have one to three years of similar or related experience. This position requires a flexible schedule and Saturdays.
