Looking for energetic, punctual individuals to join our Event Setup Crew in Indianapolis, IN for upcoming weekend events. Whether it's corporate trade shows, weddings, or pop-up festivals, you'll be helping prepare spaces so they're ready for showtime. No prior experience is needed, and you’ll get hands-on training on site!
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Assemble and break down stages, booths, tables, and chairs
- Load and unload equipment, event supplies, and decorations
- Hang signage, balloons, and banners as directed
- Assist with lighting and audio setup
- Work closely with event coordinators and vendors
- Ensure venue spaces are set up safely and efficiently
- Help keep the setup area neat during events
- Follow instructions from team leads and supervisors
- Lift items up to 50 lbs as needed
- Wipe down tables and sanitize surfaces if required
💰 Pay & Perks
- 💵 Earn $20–$32/hr, paid weekly or with Same-Day Pay available
