🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist in unloading trucks and transporting event equipment
Set up tables, chairs, stages, backdrops, signage, and audio equipment
Organize materials according to diagrams and event floorplans
Work with a team to ensure efficient and safe setup/takedown
Assist with general site cleaning before and after events
Perform light physical labor like lifting up to 40 lbs
Follow directions and work under a site supervisor
Perform walk-throughs to ensure setup meets expectations
Support other departments like catering or registration if needed

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $19–$30/hr based on experience and event size
Same-day pay available after each shift
Weekend and evening shifts available—choose what fits your schedule
Short shifts (4–6 hours) and longer full-day gigs (up to 10 hours) available
Paid rest breaks included

Must be 18 years or older
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have reliable transportation to/from event locations in St. Louis
Available to work Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays
