We're looking for energetic, reliable crew members to assist with event setup and break-down in Nashville. 🧭 What You’ll Do
- Help load and unload event equipment such as tables, chairs, stages, and décor
- Assemble event structures and arrange venue layouts per client specifications
- Collaborate with team leaders to execute smooth setup and teardown transitions
- Keep event spaces clean and organized throughout your shift
- Ensure all materials are counted, organized, and safely stored post-event
- Use hand tools and dollies to move equipment when needed
- Assist with minor troubleshooting (e.g., wiggle a podium cord loose!)
- Lift 30–50 lbs as part of the duties (plenty of teamwork involved!)
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities onsite
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor at all times
