🧭 What You’ll Do
- Set up stages, tables, chairs, banners, tents, and signage
- Assist with lighting, sound equipment, and basic AV setups
- Load and unload event materials from trucks
- Follow layout diagrams and team leads’ instructions
- Help break down and clean up after events
- Support the event's overall flow and safety compliance
- Lift and move equipment safely with care
- Collaborate with other crew members to stay on schedule
- Ensure gear is organized and returned properly
