- Set up signage, decor, and specialty furniture as needed
- Help maintain a positive attitude during high-energy environments
- Support vendors and event coordinators with last-minute setup needs
- Monitor inventory of setup supplies and report shortages
- Stay on-site during events to support reconfigurations as needed
