We’re seeking reliable, on-demand Event Setup Crew members for evening shifts throughout the week and weekends.

All setups are indoors or shaded at event venues, convention centers, and pop-up gatherings.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with event setup, including tables, chairs, tents, signage, and display stations.
Unload and load event equipment from trucks.
Follow layout instructions and diagrams provided by event managers.
Assist with decorating, stage setup, or signage assembly.
Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Break down events and support packing and cleanup efforts post-event.
Work with a team to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
Lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment or partner assistance.
Wear branded or simple black clothes for consistency per shift requirements.
Provide excellent teamwork and follow event staff directives closely.

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $22–$35/hr depending on role and shift length.
