Our weekend events need reliable crew members to assist with arranging tables, chairs, stages, signage, and temporary décor installations.
You’ll be joining a rotating team of setup pros who value teamwork, punctuality, and hustle.
No experience? No problem — on-site training is provided. If you can lift and follow basic instructions, you’re good to go!

🧭 What You’ll Do

Set up and tear down equipment, furniture, and decorations
Carry and transport event materials around indoor and outdoor venues
Follow diagrams or directions from onsite supervisors to position items correctly
Handle light cleaning and prep work to ensure each venue is event-ready
Assist with inventory and organize event supplies as needed
Break down event spaces efficiently at the end of each booking
Follow safety protocols at all times
Provide hands-on support wherever the setup team is needed

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$32/hr based on assignment and experience
Same-day pay available for qualifying shifts
