No degree required and no prior experience necessary—we provide spot training on location.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Load and unload event equipment including tables, chairs, signage, and displays
Set up and tear down stages, banquet areas, or vendor booths
Assist lighting and audio crew with basic setup under supervision
Ensure all materials are arranged according to the client’s layout
Follow detailed instructions from on-site coordinators and supervisors
Handle breakables and equipment with care
Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Help with cleanup and ensure all gear is returned to storage properly

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$30/hr based on shift and event size
Same-day pay available for qualifying workers

Must be 18 years or older
Able to lift 40 lbs and move on your feet for extended periods
Evening and weekend availability preferred
