- Follow directions from site supervisors and team leads
- Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Work in indoor and outdoor venues depending on event location
- Stay on your feet for extended periods
- Report any safety issues or damages immediately
- Help strike and pack up event materials
- Be punctual and professional on each assignment
- Be flexible with shift times depending on event needs
