💼 About the Gig

Join a dynamic team supporting live events across Tampa, FL!
We’re looking for flexible, hard-working individuals to assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces.
This gig is ideal for those who enjoy being on their feet and working with their hands in a fast-paced environment.
Whether it's corporate gatherings, weddings, festivals, or conferences, you'll be helping make events look great before the first guest arrives and after the last one leaves.
No prior experience needed – training is provided on-site.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Unpack, move, and place tables, chairs, staging, and AV equipment.
Decorate venues with banners, linens, and other event elements.
Assist teams with lighting and technical setups, if needed.
Break down event setups post-event and ensure venue cleanliness.
Transport items to storage using provided carts and dollies.
Follow team leads’ instructions during setup and takedown phases.
Maintain neat and organized loading areas throughout your shift.

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$30/hr based on role and experience.
Same-day pay available for most completed shifts.
Opportunity to work multiple events weekly.
Choose morning, afternoon, or evening shifts – it’s totally up to you!
Work weekends, weekdays, or both – whatever fits your schedule.
No long-term commitment – pick shifts when you’re available.

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs safely.
Ability to stand and move for long periods.
Reliable source of transportation to event locations.
