Assist with loading and unloading event equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, stages, and AV systems
Organize and set up event spaces according to floor plans
Handle decorations and signage placement
Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to ensure efficient setups and teardowns
Perform quality checks on materials to ensure readiness for client use
Break down and pack materials post-event with care and accuracy
Follow event timelines and safety regulations at all times
Communicate effectively with team leads to troubleshoot or resolve event-day issues
Help maintain cleanliness and functionality of event materials and tools
Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
