🧭 What You’ll Do

Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces at various venues across Nashville
Unload and arrange furniture, decor, lighting, and other materials
Follow safety guidelines and site-specific event layouts
Collaborate with team leads and other crew members to ensure smooth installations
Maintain a clean workspace before and after each gig
Use tools and equipment provided onsite
Help transport event materials to and from staging areas
Remove trash and debris post-event to clear space
Be available for weekend and evening assignments when events are most frequent
Represent the team with professionalism at all venues

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $18–$30/hr depending on the size and complexity of the event
