🧭 What You’ll Do

Load and unload event materials such as chairs, tables, tents, and banners
Assemble/disassemble booths, lighting, stages, and other event structures
Assist with decorating and arranging event spaces as needed
Follow safety protocols and instructions from the event supervisor
Work in various indoor and outdoor conditions depending on the event
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs with ease
Help maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout setup and teardown
Check that all setup materials match event layout specifications
Assist with simple troubleshooting on-site (e.g., cord placement, securing signs, etc.)
Represent the employer professionally on every assignment
