Join our dynamic team as an Event Setup Crew member in Indianapolis, IN! We’re looking for responsible and energetic gig workers to assist with organizing, unloading, assembling, and breaking down event equipment and décor.

Typical jobs include setting up stages, tables, chairs, tents, decorations, and audio-visual gear for weddings, corporate events, parties, conferences, and more.
This is a hands-on and physical role, ideal for those who enjoy working with a team and being on the move.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Unpack and load equipment from trucks and storage units
Assemble stages, tents, tables, and chairs with a team
Setup lighting, sound systems, and event decorations
Assist with layout planning and placement of furnishings
Break down and re-pack equipment after events
Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs safely
Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
Help keep equipment clean, organized, and damage-free
Collaborate closely with other crew members and leads
Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to work

💰 Pay & Perks

Earn $20–$35/hr depending on shift and experience
Same-day pay available via approved app
Choose your own shifts — weekdays, weekends, early mornings or late nights

🧰 Requirements

18 years or older
Reliable transportation to and from event sites in Indianapolis
Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
