Unload event equipment such as chairs, tables, and staging materials
Set up and break down venues as directed by the team lead
Assist in loading delivery vans and organizing unpacked gear
Move furniture or decor items to designated spots
Follow safety procedures while handling equipment
Assist lighting and sound crews with basic setup support
Clean up site post-event and ensure space is tidy
Follow event floorplans and timelines closely
Collaborate with team members for efficient setup flows
Use basic tools when needed (e.g., screwdrivers, dollies)

Reliable transportation to event locations in Indianapolis
