🧭 What You’ll Do
- Set up tables, chairs, buffet lines, and beverage stations before catering events
- Ensure all utensils, dishware, and equipment are clean and organized
- Handle food trays, supplies, and equipment with care
- Assist caterers and chefs with prep tasks like plating, wrapping, lifting supplies
- Break down and clean up the event space after service ends
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Maintain professionalism at venues such as banquet halls, conference centers, and hotels
- Use carts and basic equipment to transport food and materials
- Collaborate with team leads and follow their instructions
- Arrive on time and ready for physical tasks
