- Set up tables, chairs, linens, buffets, and stations before events
- Assist culinary teams with basic food prep and plating
- Maintain cleanliness in food service areas throughout the event
- Restock supplies and clear used dishes from tables and guest areas
- Help break down and clean up post-event
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Work closely with event supervisors to ensure flawless service
- Lift and move equipment and supplies as needed (must be able to lift 30 lbs)
- Participate in orientation and safety briefings before each shift
