🧭 What You’ll Do

Load and unload event equipment and supplies from trucks
Assemble tables, chairs, booths, and staging materials per layout instructions
Set up tents, signage, lighting, and audio/visual components
Assist with post-event takedown and packing
Follow safety procedures and on-site supervisor directions
Move equipment between event zones with push carts or dollies
Check inventory lists and condition of equipment upon arrival and departure
Clean up event areas by removing trash, sweeping, and resetting the space
