Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls, chats, or emails from patients.
Verify insurance coverage and patient details.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Provide friendly, accurate information and record notes in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Basic computer literacy (typing, data entry, email handling).
Prior customer service or healthcare experience is a plus.
