Duties:
- Process purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Track deliveries and update inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors on order status.
- Verify pricing and quantities before approvals.
- Support daily purchasing and logistics tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in purchasing or administration.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Excel or similar software.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
