Capacity Path is actively recruiting providers to join our Disaster Cadre in response to recent flooding disasters that has left so many in need of urgent support. This is a chance to use your training, heart, and commitment to service where it’s needed most.

We are seekign persons who have mental health or reltaedcris counseling or truama healing backgrounds wiht some connection or relation to Native tribal communities, to support and honor the surviors with cultural clarity.

We are seeking professionals with experience in any of the following roles or fields:
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Professionals
- Social Workers (LCSW, MSW, Registered Interns)
- Health & Wellness Coaches (Board Certified preferred)
- Peer Support or Life Coaches
- Addiction or Sleep Specialists
- Licensed Massage Therapists
- Functional Medicine and Wellness Practitioners
- Sports, Fitness, or Performance Psychologists
- Medical Professionals
- Public Health Administrators
- Emergency Management Personnel
- Public Safety / Public Service Professionals
- NIMS/ICS-trained Responders
- Field Finance, Documentation, Public Information Mgmt
We’re especially interested in individuals with the passion and resilience to serve in unpredictable, high-impact environments—those who thrive under pressure and feel called to support communities in crisis.
Note: This is not a remote position. All providers must be able and willing to travel to disaster-affected areas when deployed. We are recruiting professionals nationwide to join our roster and respond onsite when directly contacted. At the current time we are increasing our usual cadre outreach to include specifically people able and willing and wanting - and best suited- to serve in this tragic situation unfolding in Alaska. .
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in high-stress, crisis, or emergency environments
- Understanding of the emotional and logistical challenges faced by disaster survivors and/or first responders
- Strong communication, coaching, crisis care, and documentation skills
- The ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
- A commitment to professionalism, resiliency, and trauma-informed care
Minimum requirements:
- Relevant experience in crisis care, response, or support settings
- Ability to pass a background check
- If licensed or certified, provide current documentation of your credentials
This opportunity is for a temporary, on-call potential to deploy on short notice in the next week or so. Evening and weekend work may be required. During the interview we’ll walk you through how deployments work—including how they may fit around your existing employment or caseload. We can introducew you to our existing cadre of response practitioners and training materials to equip you for this short term crisis scare work.
Travel and lodging will be arranged and/or reimbursed as needed.

We add response-specific training daily in the field on the Crisis Care Task Force to enhance your mental health and wellness skill set.
- Very competitive Daily Stipend $350-550+/day based on qualifications/experience
- Travel & Per Diem Reimbursement (more than 50 miles from home address)

- No obligation to Deploy when requested for Availability (like a Reservist list)
