We’re a high-growth home service platform with multiple brands under our umbrella — and we’re looking for a Marketing Leader who can lead the charge across them all.
This isn’t a typical “marketing manager” position.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands paid ads, brand strategy, and marketing systems inside and out — someone who can connect data to decisions and build scalable campaigns that drive serious revenue.

The Role
You’ll oversee and scale marketing operations across multiple brands in the Rapid Home Service Group family.
Each brand has its own identity and services but your mission is to build the offers and the system that makes them all perform.
You’ll manage ad strategy, offer creation, creative direction, reporting, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership. You’ll be accountable for outcomes, not just ideas.
What You’ll Do
- Own and scale paid ad campaigns across multiple brands (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage the entire marketing ecosystem — ads, funnels, landing pages, CRM workflows, and automation
- Track key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and translate performance data into clear, actionable strategies
- Build reporting systems that tie ad performance directly to real booked revenue
- Collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategy with business goals
- Develop and maintain a high-performance creative testing rhythm
- Lead weekly marketing meetings, campaign reviews, and performance audits
- Ensure all campaigns are on brand, compliant, and optimized for maximum impact
Who You Are
- A marketing leader who’s managed campaigns, people, and budgets at scale
- Obsessed with performance data — you think in numbers and ROI, not opinions
- Experienced with home service or local lead generation (huge plus)
- Strong project manager — you can lead remote teams and hold multiple vendors accountable
- Confident in managing ad budgets from $50K–$500K+ per month across multiple brands
- Deep understanding of digital strategy, creative testing, and lead funnels
- Hands-on with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, and project management tools
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful — you thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
