Position Summary
The Executive Producer will serve as the strategic and creative lead overseeing the production of Paradromics’ multimedia storytelling, campaigns, and brand experiences. This role bridges science, creativity, and communication, ensuring that every piece of content — from thought leadership videos to launch campaigns — communicates the company’s mission with clarity, emotion, and precision.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on producer and creative leader with experience managing complex productions across digital, visual, and experiential formats. They will drive creative alignment across teams, partner closely with executives, and manage high-impact projects that amplify Paradromics’ voice in neurotechnology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Production Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end production of creative assets including brand films, educational videos, product showcases, and digital campaigns.
- Strategic Storytelling: Translate complex neuroengineering concepts into compelling, human-centered narratives that resonate across audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Communications, Product, and R&D teams to ensure creative outputs align with strategic and scientific goals.
- Project Oversight: Manage production timelines, budgets, vendors, and creative partners to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Content Strategy: Lead the development of multi-channel creative campaigns across web, video, and social platforms.
- Talent & Team Management: Build and manage creative teams, external agencies, and freelance talent to scale production capacity and creative impact.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative work aligns with Paradromics’ identity, tone, and visual standards.
- Executive Alignment: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure content reflects the company’s mission, ethics, and long-term vision.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in creative production, content strategy, or media leadership — preferably within technology, healthcare, or science-driven sectors.
- Proven track record overseeing end-to-end production of multimedia content from concept to delivery.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, editing, and digital distribution.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a talent for managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational and business priorities.
- Proficiency in production software and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in biotechnology, neuroscience, or healthcare innovation.
- Background in science communication or technical storytelling.
- Familiarity with agency management, global campaigns, and multi-format content delivery.
- Experience managing creative budgets and high-stakes productions.
