Director, B2B Marketing Strategy
Job Description
The B2B Marketing Strategy Leader is the SME for B2B and B2B Partner Marketing. The SME will leverage a combination of tech and agency capabilities along with productized solutions within PMG as well as partner with our broader B2B sales practice to design solutions that meet client objectives and KPI commitments.
These solutions will encompass data, technology, marketing and analytics strategies and will be based on a combination of industry best practice and concentrix proprietary experience.
B2B Communications Strategy
- This individual is responsible for setting a new standard for communications planning, leveraging the extensive capabilities across Concentrix, with a specific focus on partnering with the B2B Sales Practice.
- Enhances the existing B2B communications planning methodology
- Educates the broader organization on modern B2B marketing best practices.
- Understand data, technology and marketing communications requirements among target B2B client prospects
- Helps pre-define communication solutions that support critical B2B and B2B partner engagement stages: demand generation, up-sell/cross-sell and renewals.
- Works with our digital advertising team to partner with leading data and technology providers to enable best-in-class capabilities.
Consultation & Strategy
- Proactive sales support internally and with B2B clients for marketing solutions.
- Maintains a full understanding of Concentrix capabilities and product offerings and can align them to best suit the clients’ needs
- Understands where, when and how to apply Concentrix capabilities and product offerings to meet client needs and satisfy their objectives
- Uses client and end-customer insights, best practices and past performance as foundation for forming strategic recommendations.
- Continuous learner by nature. Maintains a broad understanding of B2B buyer trends.
- Develops and maintains partnership with key technology partners that enable the product offering.
Technology
- Responsible for understanding the martech and adtech landscape and how technology is used to support effective B2B marketing campaigns that drive business outcomes
- Is committed to maintaining a current understanding of how all forms of AI (ML, generative, agentic) are impacting marketing communications technology, creative, engagement, etc. and can guide our teams on best integration and use.
Responsibilities
- Effectively represents Performance Marketing Group products, services and capabilities, along with broader Concentrix capabilities through internal collaboration and client engagement.
- Collaborate with teams across Concentrix such as development, program management, sales, other solutions colleagues, etc. to develop and maintain capabilities and product offerings leveraging Salesforce technology.
- Develops communication material that clearly defines the service offering, articulates the value and key differentiators and tailors these communications to the different internal and external audiences.
Essential Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar from an accredited four-year college or university.
Experience
- Ten + years of related experience required. Experience with designing B2B marketing solutions required.
- Experience working in automotive and technology industries highly preferred.
- Experience working with Salesforce preferred.
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Skills
- Ability to adapt written and verbal communication skills to different styles and environments (persuasive, diplomatic, influential, technical) of clients
- Able to discern appropriate level of detail of communications including the best method for delivery (video, voice, email, in-person)
- Advanced problem-solving using an analytics approach; evaluate, investigate and apply best practices and offer innovative solutions
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain high performance and quality levels in an environment of constant change and pressure
- Demonstrate the ability to champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and structure analysis for complex business issues
- Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact.
- Ability to read, write and comprehend complex documents, such as journals, position papers, proposals, contracts, technical/functional specifications, etc.
- Ability to make effective, persuasive speeches or presentations on complex topics. This includes the ability to sell, negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
The base salary range for this position is $USD132,180 - 180,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
