This is a seasonal opportunity and a great way to get started with Working Solutions! Open enrollment season is November 10 – December 8, 2025. Call volume will be highest during these dates, with lower volume prior to and after open enrollment. The best part? If you're a good fit and would like to continue with Working Solutions after this program, we have another seasonal program starting right afterwards that you can roll into. Earnings Potential
- The contracted rate is $0.28 for English and $0.31 for Spanish per Customer Interaction Minute (CIM).
- Contractors will be provided a prorated minimum of 54 minutes per productive hour.
- This program also has incentives available beyond the per-minute rate.
