Position: REMOTE- Healthcare Call Center Support Representative
Pay: $16/Hr.+ Weekly pay and full-time hours.
Projected Start Date: November 2025
Schedule: Will be assigned an 8-Hr. Shift M-F between 8a-8p EST. (MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SHIFT)

Job Duties:
- Handle high volume inbound calls.
- Outbound calls if depending on department needs.
- Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider
- Assist callers with information and status of their application
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller
- Must be able to multi task between several internal system programs
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements: MUST HAVE 1year or more of RECENT Call Center Experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Must have a quiet location in home to work.
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Previous experience with high-volume calls - Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer proficient (able to learn new software and navigate multiple screens)
- High School Diploma or GED
