Sunlighten’s National Inside Sales Manager will drive performance and growth across both in-person and remote sales teams, coaching and inspiring others to exceed ambitious goals in a high-energy, high-call-volume environment. You will shape national sales strategies, leverage data to uncover opportunities, and collaborate across departments to elevate the customer experience. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee a group of direct-to consumer sales associates, monitor productivity, direct performance, and motivate your team to achieve growth and reach sales goals.
- Oversee all aspects of management including interviewing, hiring, employee relations, and the continuous training, coaching, and development of Sales Representatives in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Schedule and lead team meetings, workshops, and functions to ensure engagement, alignment, and accountability.
- Partner with HR on employee relations and performance matters as needed.
- Develop and execute national sales strategies that align with company goals and drive consistent performance across remote and in-office teams.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans to maximize results.
- Achieve monthly goals that are equal or greater than the sum total of individual team member goals.
- Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats.
- Recognize, evaluate, and improve inside sales and sales administration processes to increase efficiency and conversion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care to ensure alignment on lead generation, sales enablement, and customer experience initiatives.
- Champion the use of CRM and sales technology tools to enhance pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and team productivity.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, products, etc.
- Adapt to rapidly changing situations while being extremely results driven, team-focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- 3+ years of Direct-to-Consumer Inside Sales Management/Leadership experience
- 5+ Years of Sales Experience
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Able to lead, motivate, and influence a team to achieve results
- Superior listening skills with the ability to translate information into business needs
- Passionate about sales and coaching others
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Compensation
Base salary plus a competitive commission where our top Sales Managers earn a comfortable 6-figure salary in a flexible and supportive work environment.
