Overview
Xtreme Solutions Inc. (XSI) is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented professional for a role that combines administrative support, front desk reception, and Level 1 help desk/technical administrative duties. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing direct support to senior leaders and basic IT assistance to staff. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage complex schedules and meet changing deadlines. This role also requires proactive communications, a willingness to learn new technical skills, and active participation in supporting team meetings and quality efforts for contracts and communications.
Education & Requirements
3–5 years of Microsoft Office Suite experience.
1–2 years of basic IT support or Level 1 help desk experience.
2–5 years of related office or business operations experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
Relevant certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ (Preferred).
Qualifications
Proven ability to be flexible, manage changing priorities, and work well under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Help Desk & Technical Support
Participate in technical team meetings, assisting with coordination and follow-up actions.
Provide Level 1 IT support for in-office staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Coordinate small IT projects, including onboarding and software rollouts.
Manage IT documentation, track equipment inventory, and support routine maintenance tasks.
Administrative Support
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls in a professional manner.
Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including managing correspondence, spreadsheets, and schedules.
Plan, organize, and schedule meetings, including setting up calls and arranging travel.
Maintain organized written and electronic files; perform data entry and prepare regular reports.
Assist in coordinating special projects, meetings, and training.
Support quality efforts for contracts and communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
Exhibit professional communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
