Outbound Call Specialist (Remote):
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM EST

Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce members to program offerings
- Serve as the first point of contact for members and caregivers with warmth and professionalism
- Accurately document member interactions in CRM systems
- Respond to inbound inquiries with empathy and a solutions-focused mindset
- Build trust and rapport while guiding members through enrollment
- Share member feedback and insights with leadership to improve services
- Collaborate with your team to meet performance goals and quality standards
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems and platforms during calls
Qualifications
- Prior outbound call center experience (healthcare background preferred)
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Compassionate and persuasive approach to member engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 30 MBPS)
- Availability to work the full shift Monday–Friday 2:30 PM- 11:00 PM EST
