A company is looking for a Manager, Admissions & Census.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff to ensure accurate data entry and account setup in the AS400 system
- Verify payer and demographic information, addressing complex accounts and providing resolutions
- Develop policies and procedures, manage team performance, and collaborate on special projects
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience of 5-7 years
- Minimum 5-7 years of billing and/or collections experience
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a third-party billing or collections environment
- Preferred experience with AS400, medical billing, and coding
- Proficient in data entry, MS Excel, and Word
