Description
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Account Coordinator to support our Account Executives in delivering outstanding staffing services to our clients. This role is essential for ensuring seamless coordination between clients, recruiters, and candidates throughout the staffing process. The Account Coordinator will handle resume screening, interview scheduling, client communication, and ongoing support to help create a positive hiring experience for clients. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Resume Screening & Feedback: Review candidate resumes and submission write-ups, providing constructive feedback to recruiters to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Client Submittal & Follow-Up: Submit qualified candidates to clients, proactively following up for feedback through phone and email to maintain engagement.
- Interview Coordination: Confirm candidate interviews, send calendar invites, and notify clients if candidates are unresponsive or unlikely to attend interviews.
- Offer and Start Date Management: Coordinate with clients to relay offer decisions, provide clients with anticipated start dates, ensure successful completion of compliance and manage any additional offer details.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Conduct regular calls, emails and texts with clients to stay updated on candidate performance, new job openings, and other needs.
- Create a sense of urgency with clients and recruiters to meet hiring deadlines.
- Provide scheduled updates on open roles, delivering timely reports.
- Conduct follow-up calls, weekly/monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews and onsite meetings to ensure ongoing success and address any concerns.
- Hours & Conversion Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries regarding candidate hours and conversion processes, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Sales & Marketing: Participate in setting up sales and marketing campaigns targeted toward new and existing clients.
- Out of Office Support: Provide support for Account Executives during out-of-office periods, ensuring consistent follow-up and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Continuous Client Engagement: Make regular calls with clients to check on ongoing roles, contractors billing, provide updates, and maintain a collaborative partnership.
Qualifications
- Experience in staffing, client services, or recruitment support role.
- High touch, white glove customer service skills.
- Very high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS or CRM systems is a plus.
